UnitedWeDance to Showcase Live Action Painting at IUCN WCC

UnitedWeDance will exhibit at the IUCN World Conservation Congress 2025 at ADNEC in Abu Dhabi, from 9 to 15 October. The Congress will foster global environmental collaboration by convening governments, civil society, Indigenous Peoples’ organisations, business, academia, and youth, to set priorities and accelerate action for nature and people. Our participation proudly aligns with the UAE’s Year of Community, under the tagline Hand in Hand, encouraging service, volunteering, and knowledge sharing to strengthen social bonds and collective progress.

Invitation to Indigenous leaders and NGOs
UnitedWeDance is exhibiting to connect with Indigenous leaders, NGOs, and mission aligned partners. We welcome you to visit our stand, or to participate during one of our performances, so that we can co create purposeful art that tells your stories with accuracy and respect. We will invite one NGO per Exhibition day to join our canvas, and where an artwork is sold, we will formalise the collaboration via an MOU that sets out revenue sharing and post event support. By convening at this global gathering, we can amplify voices without the added financial burden and carbon footprint of multiple long haul field trips, seizing the opportunity to build relationships and create impact that continues beyond Abu Dhabi. In addition to the performances, we will exhibit eight artworks from our collection of eighteen, each carrying a distinct Impact Story to discover.
How our exhibit advances the Congress themes
Delivering on Equity
We design inclusive, co creative performances that centre community voices, invite Indigenous and NGO partners onto the canvas, remove barriers through accessible formats, and commit to clear partnership terms captured in MOUs, pairing co creation with ongoing narrative support so that partners see benefits beyond the event.
Transitioning to Nature Positive Economies and Societies
We operate a low waste, re usable performance setup with non toxic, washable media, we channel visibility, skills, and earned income opportunities through collaboration and storytelling, and we intentionally reduce travel by using the Congress as a collaboration hub, which lowers emissions while strengthening networks that support nature positive outcomes in communities.
Disruptive Innovation and Leadership for Conservation
We translate movement into visual storytelling in real time, invite audiences to co author narratives on canvas, and combine art, media, and partnership agreements into a practical model for scaling impact. At our stand, partners experience a replicable, participatory method that fuses culture, inclusion, and conservation focused communication.
