Science of Change

Status: NGO Partnership initiated

Rumba is a fiery celebration of Cuba’s rich history, born from the fusion of African rhythms and Spanish melodies. It embodies strength, unity, and the power of transformation.

At UnitedWeDance, we honor this spirit through our artwork “Rumba,” dedicated to Wings of Change, an organization empowering underprivileged youth in Madagascar through education.

By supporting their mission, we help provide computers and educational materials to their vocational hotel school in Nosy Be.

Impact Story Research

Rumba’s roots trace back to Africa, carrying a legacy of resilience and expression. Through research, we connected this heritage with Wings of Change in Madagascar, an organization empowering underprivileged youth. By providing IT equipment and computer science classes, we help these children gain modern skills, opening doors to future opportunities. Just as Rumba evolved through cultural fusion, this initiative blends tradition with progress, giving young minds the tools to shape a better tomorrow.

Concept Art Implementation

The essence of Rumba comes to life on the canvas, capturing its rhythm, passion, and deep cultural roots. Every brushstroke mirrors the fluid yet powerful movements of the dancers, shifting between grace and intensity. Earthy browns and deep reds reflect the grounding beat of the drums, while gold and yellow evoke the warmth of Cuba’s streets, where Rumba was born. Like the dance itself, the artwork is a fusion of cultures, energy, and emotion, preserving the spirit of resilience and celebration that defines Rumba.
